NEW LRVs

The light rail vehicles (LRVs) currently in use were made by Kinki Sharyo and have been providing very good service, considering that management has put off required maintenance.  ( "We need to do this at 3 million miles", "Well, do it at 5 million". )
When time came to expand the fleet, it came down to Kinki Sharyo and Siemens.
